The Bering 65 is an iconic vessel; supremely capable, beautifully laid out and finished to the impeccable standard that Bering yachts are known for. Every conceivable detail has been researched, tested, improved and completed with the utmost care and attention, making the Bering 65 a true "mini-superyacht".
Vibration and engine noise are almost non-existent and her hull is stable, easily driven and highly efficient, thanks to extensive CFD modelling. Burning only 8 gallons per hour at 8 knots, the Bering 65 has a range of over 5000 miles, which increases dramatically if cruising speed is reduced.
Her interior is beautifully crafted from a choice of premium timbers, complemented by natural stone, leather and the finest upholstery fabrics. The main saloon features built-in seating, a spacious dining area to starboard and a large flat screen TV and entertainment centre. At the forward end of the saloon, stairs lead up to the galley and pilothouse, or down to the guest staterooms. The well equipped pilothouse is also a popular social area, with an electrically opening panel linking it to the galley when required.
The master stateroom is located forward on the lower deck and is remarkably large for a yacht of only 65ft. Additionally, the lower deck offers two en suite guest cabins and also the option for a two berth crew cabin. Behind the guest accommodation is the utility area and engine room, which is carefully laid out for ease of maintenance and lined with acoustic panelling and heavy bulkhead insulation. The twin engines are located very low down in "gondola skegs", keeping the yacht's centre of gravity as low as possible, while also allowing for horizontal propeller shafts, which help to further reduce vibration.
Outside, the Bering 65 offers numerous spaces for relaxing, sunbathing and dining; whether you choose the covered aft cockpit, or the flybridge, which has more than enough space to specify a wet bar, refrigeration, a barbecue, or even a hot tub. The rear of the top deck provides enough space for a 4m tender, with a powerful hydraulic crane for launching and recovering it.
